Refund policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with item (s) you have received from ElbisNY, you can easily return them!

ElbisNY provides Store Credit only as long as the product is received in new condition.

Any original freight/handling cost is deducted from your store credit.  All products on Sale or Pre-Order ( Please understand that pre-ordered items are specially made for you) are Final Sale and Not Returnable.

10% of the original dress cost will be deducted as a restocking fee.

How to Request a Return:

1. Log In: Visit our [Your Store Link/account] and enter the email address used for your purchase.
2. Verification: You will receive a 6-digit verification code via email. Copy and paste it into the login page to access your account (no password needed).
3. Select Order: Find the order you wish to return and click "Request Return."
4. Choose Items: Select the specific items you want to return and choose the reason for the return from the dropdown menu.
5. Submit: Click "Request Return" to finish.

What’s Next?

Once your request is submitted, we will review it within [24-48 hours]. You will receive an email update with further instructions once your request is approved.

You have up to 3 days from the date of delivery to request a return for eligible items, and the customer responsible to return it to the address provided with the RA#.

We accept returns for regular-priced items that are in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags and packaging intact. Laundered, smoked in, perfumed, stains, deodorant marks, used and worn items will not be accepted.

For eligible returns, we offer store credit in the form of a gift card , which can be used towards future purchases. Please note that cash refunds are not available.
